Education
back to listF11 Foto Museum (F11) cordially invite your students to join a thematic educational programme “Art Movements between Wars” from July 2020 to October 2020.
F11 is a private museum dedicated to the promotion of photography and heritage conservation. We are proud to present the “Ilse Bing – Paris and Beyond” exhibition, featuring over 100 vintage prints of this influential female photographer who helped turn Paris into the centre of modern photography in the 1930s. Bing’s height of career coincided perfectly at a time when Paris was known as the capital of the arts, attracting cutting-edge artists from all over the world. The art movements that took place in this significant period were impactful enough to shape modern art for years to come.
The programme will first introduce the exhibition, F11’s over 80 years old premises and its Happy Valley neighbourhood to the students, followed by an interactive summary session. Details are as follows,
